There are several different benefits that my students would gain from visiting this fieldtrip site. Students will be able to to use many of their senses while learning more about the digestive system, circulatory system and other functions of the human body. In the classroom students have learned many new things about how our body works but at this site they will actually be able to see, hear, touch, smell, and well I can assure you the only thing they will be tasting is their lunch.
This field trip site is one that allows the students to interact and engage themselves in the science unit. This is a great spot to teach students about the anatomy of the human body. Its a fun place to learn (way better than using a text book!).
